PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball discharge device in a Pachinko ball tank capable of discharging Pachinko balls in the accurate number. SOLUTION: In this ball discharge device, a guide slit opening in a housing chamber of a feed screw arranged under a place is arranged in the low falling-in place in a bottom part of the Pachinko ball tank, and the Pachinko balls in the tank are sent out to a discharge hole arranged on the advance side of the guide slit by a blade of the feed screw. One backflow screw for rotating so as to feed the Pachinko balls in the inverse direction of the feeding direction of the feed screw or a pair of backflow screws for sandwiching the guide slit are arranged on the just side near the guide slit in the tank.
