PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a production number seal visible from the front surface of a casing. SOLUTION: An opening 18b is formed on the rear side of a casing 18, and a seal 44 is stuck to close the opening 18b from the outside. The seal 44 is formed from a transparent material, and the information of a slot machine such as a production number and a production date is printed within a range 44a smaller than the wideness of the opening 18b. When installing the slot machine, the production number on the seal 44 is read from the rear side of the casing 18, and the slot machine is installed at a corresponding place on a slot island. When exchanging the slot machine with a new machine type, after a separate portion is removed, the production number on the seal 44 to be a mirror image is read via the opening 18b, and a corresponding separate portion is mounted.
