An auto volume control device for a television is provided to select and output a volume adjusting curved line set by the measured noise volume and to adjust the television volume automatically based on the noise, thereby increasing the convenience of a user without a remote control. An auto volume control device for television comprises a noise measuring part(20), a volume adjusting curved line selection part(30), a volume adjusting part(10), an adder(40), and a sound output part(50). The volume adjusting curved line selection part selects and outputs the volume adjusting curved line set by the volume of the measured noise. The adder adds the output of the volume adjusting part at the output of the volume adjusting curved line selection part. The sound output part outputs the sound of the television. The volume adjusting curved line has different inclinations based on the size of the volume of the measured noise.
