PURPOSE: An electric generator is provided to prevent variation of a threshold voltage caused when using a CMOS Schmitt trigger and improve frequency variation due to parasitic capacitance at both ends of a resistor. CONSTITUTION: A transconductance part outputs negative or positive current according to a conductance value set by an input voltage. A capacitor is charged or discharged by output current of the transconductance part. A comparison part(41) consists of a comparator(41a) and an inverter(41b), and compares an input voltage of the capacitor with a reference voltage to invert a voltage of a corresponding level. An inverter inverts an output signal of the comparison part to output the inverted signal to the transconductance part and a DC-DC converter.
