PURPOSE: A bed equipped with desk is provided to have a receipt space for study appliance or other living articles other than for studying, to result in improvements of convenience and space utility. CONSTITUTION: The bed equipped with desk comprises a base frame(2) locating mattress(1) and a side frame(4) extending from the surrounding of the frame(2) upward. The frame(4) has a shelf(10) having the receipt space at upper part of the mattress(1), a guide rail at both sides of the shelf(10) for sliding in front/rear directions and a top plate(20) coupled to the guide rail and for sliding in front/rear directions. The top plate(20) is pulled out of the shelf(10) when using it as the desk.
