PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a colored squid by removing the skin of the squid and drying it to make seasonings and colorings to be infiltrated smoothly into the squid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method a colored squid comprises the steps of: heating a skin removed squid in a solution added with 0.1-5% of a coloring extracted from Gardenia florida L., 0.1-5% of refined salt, and 0.01-0.2% of hexane at 15-85 deg.C for 60-120 minutes with stirring; and drying it at 30-60 deg.C for 4-8 hours. |
