<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit apparatus that can be downsized while suppressing propagation of an unnecessary wave and to provide a transmitter/receiver. <P>SOLUTION: A planar conductor 2 is provided to both sides of a dielectric board 1 and a slot line is formed on the side 1A. Further, an unnecessary wave propagation suppression circuit 5 comprising a plurality of stages of band stop filters 6 with the slot line inbetween is placed on the side 1A of the dielectric board 1. Each band stop filter 6 comprises: two conductor lines 7A, 7B; and a resonator 8 comprising spiral lines 8A, 8B placed in the midway part of the conductor line 7A in a spiral form. Thus, the propagation of an unnecessary wave with a band whose frequency is centered around the resonance frequency of the resonator 8 can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
