<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit only an advertisement necessary for a terminal user in a short-range walkie-talkie. <P>SOLUTION: This short-range walkie-talkie 20 allows a cellular telephone 40 to access the short-range walkie-talkie 20 itself to acquire advertisements A-C in a case where an identification code X transmitted from the cellular telephone 40 agrees with an identification code X stored in a memory 23.
