PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a superconductive layer having a high critical current value, by TFA-MOD method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of this superconductive layer comprises a process in which a trifluoroacetate of at least one kind of metal selected from a group made of yttrium and lanthanoid, barium, and copper is dissolved in a solvent and a coating solution is prepared, a process in which the above coating solution is coated on one main face of the substrate and a coated membrane is formed, a process in which the coated membrane is temporarily fired in an atmosphere containing oxygen, a process in which the above coated membrane after temporary firing is finally fired in an atmosphere containing water vapor at a temperature higher than the above temporary firing. The above temporary firing is carried out so that an average particle size of the copper oxide particle contained in the coated membrane after the temporary firing and before the final firing may be 25 nm or less.
