<p>An apparatus and a method for transmitting contents and a recording medium thereof are provided to distinguish contents according to a transmission request frequency of contents, thereby dynamically determining whether it is possible to transmit contents. A transmission request about contents is received from a client receiving contents(S300). A transmission request frequency with regard to the contents is calculated(S310). The calculated transmission request frequency is compared with a preset critical value. It is determined whether contents are stored in a contents transmission device(S320). The transmission request frequency is larger than the critical value. The contents are not stored in the contents transmission device. The contents are transmitted from another apparatus in which the contents are stored(S350). The transmitted contents are transmitted to the client.</p> |
