PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden of a user when selecting any of a plurality of musical pieces.

SOLUTION: Position detecting means 114 detects the relation between a position where an icon 51 corresponding to musical piece data is displayed in a display device 23 and a position where a pointer 53 for selecting the icon 51 is displayed. A sound processing section 115 applies the processing meeting the positional relation between the icon 51 and pointer 53 detected by the position detecting means 114 to the musical piece data stored in a memory section 113 and outputs the musical piece data after the processing to a sound output device 21.
