PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical information recording medium by which the optical information recording medium having recording layers on both surfaces thereof can be stably and efficiently manufactured. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the optical information recording medium has a process for immersing a substrate 14 having guide grooves on both surfaces thereof in a recording layer forming liquid 18, a process for pulling up the immersed substrate 14 from the recording layer forming liquid 18 and a stage for drying the pulled-up substrate 14 to form the recording layers on both the surfaces of the substrate 14.
