PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive a notification as a proxy even the notification is from a security notification machine of a customer contracting with any security entrusted institution. SOLUTION: A line I/F means 2 has a line I/F corresponding to all of the networks used for a notification from a security notification device. A reception processing device 6 interprets security information data concerning a notification received from the line I/F means 2 and when the security information data are to be processed, predetermined data included in the security information data are transferred to information processing means 10, 20, and 30. When the data received from the reception processing device 6 are to be processed by themselves, the information processing means 10, 20, and 30 prepare display screen data transmitted to a security center device of a corresponding security entrusted institution to be transmitted to the concerned security center device, and process for storing the data by a predetermined form in database devices 12, 22, and 32. This system can be applied not only to a proxy reception of notifications by entrusting from a security company, but also to an information system between a head office and branch offices of a large-scale security company.
