PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and stable emit light by sufficiently fitting organic layers such as luminescent layers to each other at the boundary portions thereof in manufacturing an organic electro-luminescence element having one or more organic layers formed of organic compounds formed between a hole injecting electrode and an electron injecting electrode. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the organic electro-luminescence element having one or more organic layers 13, 14, 15, and 16 formed of organic compounds formed between the hole injecting electrode 12 and the electron injecting electrode 17, surfaces on which the organic layers are formed are heated when at least one organic layer is formed.
