<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA base station apparatus capable of insuring communication quality of a user during communication and communicating with reduction in interference signals by using an array antenna. <P>SOLUTION: The CDMA base station apparatus comprises a control channel receiving part for receiving assignment request signals for new communication channels; a prediction part for predicting information on each incoming wave from mobile stations in communication and new mobile stations, by using signals received at the array antenna; and an assignment control part for communication channel for deciding the pros and cons of assigning new communication channels by information on communication quality based on the signals received at the array antenna, the assignment request signal for new communication channels, and information on the predicted each incoming wave. When new mobile stations communicate by using the new communication channels, if at least one of new mobile stations and one of each mobile station in communication determine that it is impossible to perform communication satisfying the predicted quality, the apparatus refuses an assignment of the new communication channels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
