PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproofing of an electric wire connecting part in a waterproof connector. SOLUTION: With the structure of the waterproof connector structured by including a housing 16 housing inside a terminal connected to a tip part of an electric wire and a sealing member 20 wrapping up the electric wire 12 in an axial direction, insertion-coupled with a terminal insertion opening 18 formed at one end of the housing 16 and plugging and sealing the terminal insertion opening, tubular parts 22 having an inner wall continuing to an inner wall of the terminal insertion opening are formed in protrusion at an end of the housing 16, and at the same time, a solid cylindrical lid part 20A with its end faces formed almost flat is set in the sealing member 20 which plugs opening ends of the tubular parts 22 by pinching the inner and the outer walls of the tubular parts 22 while wrapping up the electric wire 12 in the axial direction.
