<p>The invention relates to a linear actuator consisting of a brushless polyphase synchronous electric motor (2) comprising a stator (3) and a rotor (4). Said rotor acts on a control element (O) via drive means (5) which can transform the rotation movement thereof into a linear movement over several rotations. Preferably, the inventive actuator comprises elastic and/or magnetic return means (21) which can systematically return the control element (O) to a reference position when the power supply to the motor (2) is cut. The motor (2) comprises a position detection device (25; 25A) which, together with an electronic control unit, is used for the automatic control and regulation of the position of the rotor (4) and, therefore, the control element (O).</p> |
