PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video voice composite apparatus capable of changing video/audio of a newscaster in response to the preference of a viewer.

SOLUTION: A video voice generating means 3 generates voice information uttered and video information of a face and figure generated on the basis of information of other caster stored in an individual data sub storage means in matching the test information T transmitted from a station, demodulated and separated and a composite means 6 composes the voice information and the video information together with background information B delayed by a delay means 2.
