PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a price receiving system capable of quickly forming documents necessary for payment in receiving of a price to enable the payment just after, and giving a large degree of freedom for the kind and content of manageable information.

SOLUTION: When an application of transaction is received, necessary transaction data are inputted to a transaction processor 12 to perform a work for establishing the transaction. When receiving the price, the transaction processor 12 forms payment data from the transaction data and transmits them to a center computer 42. It also issues payment key data and outputs a payment request slip with the payment key data displayed thereon. A customer who receives the payment request slip visits a payment handling place 30 and presents the payment request slip. A terminal device 32 reads the payment key data displayed on the payment request slip and transmits them to the center computer 42. The price is received on the basis of the payment data transmitted from the center computer 42.
