PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent input signals from being switched to an analog input terminal side by an erroneous operation by a user while reproducing dts (R) signals to thereby prevent the production of imprudent noise in a multi-channel audio reproducing device such as an AV amplifier having the function of decoding and reproducing the dts (R) signals. SOLUTION: A digital input detection part 3 detects the kind of digital signals inputted from a digital input part 2. In the case of judging that the input signals to be reproduced are the dts (R) signals on the basis of the detected result of the digital input detection part 3, a system microcomputer 9 controls an output changeover part 6 so as not to switch an input destination to the side of an analog input part 1 even in the case that the user instructs from an operation input part 7 to switch the input destination to the side of the analog input part 1.
