A process for producing an alloy plate, comprising steps of subjecting Al-Mg-Si alloy mass, the Al-Mg-Si alloy mass comprising 0.2 to 0.8 mass% of Si, 0.3 to 1 mass% of Mg, 0.5 mass% or less of Fe and 0.5 mass% or less of Cu and further comprising at least one of 0.1 mass% or less of Ti and 0.1 mass% or less of B with the remainder consisting of Al and unavoidable impurities, to hot rolling and cold rolling, wherein, after the heat rolling but before the completion of cold rolling, a heat treatment of maintaining the rolled matter at 200 to 400ringC for 1 hr or more is carried out.
