发明名称 OVER-DISCHARGING DETECTING METHOD OF SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-discharging detecting method of a secondary battery capable of making an accurate over-discharging detection without being affected by temperature difference or a voltage measurement timing. SOLUTION: A voltmeter 20 and thermometer 28 are arranged for each battery block 14 constituting a battery pack 10 to measure each voltage and temperature. A current of the battery pack is measured with an ammeter 22. The voltage is detected from an SOC of the battery at a voltage detecting part by integrating the current, an inside resistance and a polarized voltage are detected form the voltage and the temperature, and an estimated voltage of each battery block 14 is found by a voltage estimation part from the voltage, inside resistance and polarized voltage. An over-discharging detection part 38 detects the presence of the over-discharging form the difference between the estimated voltage and an actual voltage measured by the voltmeter 20.
