PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can reduce an influence on a stator by forming a magnetic loop of a pre-load magnet small by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The annular pre-load magnet 16 whose one side is magnetized into a single pole is supported by a base (main body 13a) made integrally at a rotor 13 made of a magnetic material and a supporting member having a plurality of locking claws 15, and besides a flange 32 of a bush 3 made of a magnetic material is arranged to face the downside of the pre-load magnet 16. As a result, a magnetic path can be formed of the supporting member and the flange 32, and the magnetic loop of the pre-load magnet 16 can be formed small by preventing the magnetic loop of the pre-load magnet 16 from being spread to the stator 11.
