PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp, a bulb shaped fluorescent lamp and a producing method of the fluorescent lamp capable of preventing generation of cracks at a collapse sealing part wherein a narrow tube is fixed. SOLUTION: The narrow tube 4 is fixed on end parts 5c, 6c and 7b of an arc tube 2 by collapse sealing, and has a protruding part 4A inwardly protruding from an inner surface 2a of the end parts 5c, 6c and 7b of the arc tube 2 by 0.5 to 5.0 mm. The narrow tube 4 is sealed so that an angleθformed by an outer surface 4Aa of the protruding part 4A and the inner surface 2a of the end parts 5c, 6c and 7b of the arc tube 2, in the collapse direction, is 60 to 120°.
