SUBSTANCE: the suggested pharmaceutical preparation contains, at least, active substance and carrier as particles chosen out of group including liposomes, microspheres, nanoparticles. The present innovation , also, deals with prophylaxis or treatment of human or animal infectious diseases of throat, nose and ears. The suggested preparations are povidon-iodine to prepare pharmaceutical composition for treating diseases of superior respiratory pathways and/or ear being susceptible to injection of such substances.
