<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel particles which are applied to cosmetics, medicines, quasi-drugs, foods, and the like, contain an oily component used for the uses, do not leak the oily component, have moistness, do not have stickiness, can smoothly be collapsed with fingers or the like, when coated on skins, and the like, have good spreadability, do not leave scum, have good collapsibility, and have high sphericity. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogel particles each has a continuous phase containing a hydrogel and dispersed phases containing an oily component A, wherein an oily component B having higher polarity than that of the oily component A is contained in the oily component A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
