PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor-liquid separation device having a compact whole constitution by reducing a welding step of a cyclone case and a PCV valve and ensuring an adhesion property at a flow out part for returning a gas to an intake system. SOLUTION: An upper opening of a cylindrical part 16 of the cyclone case is closed by a flange part 34 of a gas flow out pipe 32. An annular projection part is formed on a housing 48 accommodating the flange part 34 of the gas flow out pipe 32 and a valve 56. The annular projection part 34 is fitted to an annular recessed part formed on an upper opening edge part 20 of the cyclone case 14. The gas flow out pipe 32 and the housing 50 are welded at the upper opening edge part 20 of the cyclone case 14. Since the welding can be carried out in the butted state by making the welding part of the cyclone case 14 and the housing 50 not to a periphery of the gas pipe 40 but to the upper opening edge part 20 of the cyclone case 14, the adhesion property can be ensured without using a seal member and only one position welding is needed.
