PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically transparent cloth sheet generating no toxic gas when incinerated, having flame retardancy with no ash left after incinerated, and enabling contents covered therewith to easily be visually recognizable. SOLUTION: The cloth sheet is a woven/knitted fabric comprising thermoplastic resin drawn yarns as both warps and wefts. The thermoplastic resin contains a flame retardant consisting of a nitrogen-containing compound of the general formula (1): H(R<SB>1</SB>)N-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>a</SB>-N(R<SB>2</SB>)-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>b</SB>-N(R<SB>2</SB>')-(CH<SB>2</SB>)<SB>c</SB>-N(R<SB>1</SB>)H [wherein, R<SB>1</SB>is a piperidyl-containing triazine derivative group of the general formula (2) (wherein, R<SB>3</SB>is H or a 1-10C alkyl; and R<SB>4</SB>is a 5-10C cycloalkyl or 1-4C alkyl-substituted 5-10C cycloalkyl); R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>' are each H or the same as R<SB>1</SB>; and (a), b and c are each a positive number of 2-5]. The light transmittance of this cloth sheet is≥40%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
