PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of simply performing insertion and fixing by fastening to a vibration body hardly generating the position slippage from the insertion position. SOLUTION: This dynamic damper 10 is composed of first and second vibration absorbing members 11, 21 having cylindrical first and second rubber elastic body fitting parts 12, 22 in which first and second fixing parts 13, 23 are formed on each one end side in the shaft direction; first and second cylindrical mass fittings 18, 28 inserted from the outside into the rubber elastic body fitting parts on each other side in the shaft direction; first and second rubber elastic body supporting parts 14, 24 elastically connecting the rubber elastic body fitting parts and the mass fittings. The first vibration absorbing member and the second vibration absorbing member unite first and second fixing parts, and are inserted into a drive shaft by press fit as one body. First and second vibration absorbing members are fastened with one fixing band 29 fit onto the outer circumferential sides of first and second fixing parts, and fixed to the drive shaft as one body.
