A flow passage variable damper is disclosed. The disclosed flow passage variable damper comprises: a cylinder where fluid is filled; and a piston head assembly disposed to be moved inside the cylinder, dividing the inside of the cylinder into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and having a plurality of orifice flow passages connecting the upper chamber and the lower chamber. The piston head assembly can comprise at least two sheets of head plates, and a piezo element integrally fixated to the head plate between the head plates. |
