Provided are a hand rehabilitation device and a hand rehabilitation method applied to the same. The hand rehabilitation device comprises: a wire guide unit connected to at least one wire inserted into a finger to apply power to the finger; and an operation unit having at least one motor connected to at least one wire to apply predetermined power. Therefore, a structure of the hand rehabilitation device can be simplified, and the hand rehabilitation device is light and can be manufactured at a relatively low cost.
