摘要 The present invention relates to a membrane for periodontal regeneration and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a membrane for periodontal regeneration which provides a space for osteogenesis by preventing a soft tissue cell from penetrating to the inside of a bone graft material during recovery of an insufficient alveolar bone up to a normal level. A biomaterial is stacked on a biodegradable polymer to be manufactured, so that the biodegradable polymer is maintained until the osteogenesis is sufficiently completed in a body, thus a high capability for space maintenance is expected, the penetration of the soft tissues into a gingiva after a graft is efficiently prevented due to the biomaterial, and a positive prognosis of a guided bone regeneration is expected according to the prevention of the penetration of the soft tissues. Further, the membrane for the periodontal regeneration according to the present invention is completely dissolved at a point when the osteogenesis is completed, and therefore, removal of the membrane through a secondary surgery is unnecessary.
