The body part has an outer skin (10) consisting of at least partly deformable material, an inner layer (30') consisting of foamed plastic and an assembly part (22) that is paced in a recess in the outer skin and anchored there in a shape-locking manner. The inner layer of the outer skin is pressed tightly against the assembly part in the recess region.
