PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the driving of a motorcycle from being adversely affected by increase in ventilation wind velocity that is locally generated at a region relatively close to the sidewall of a tunnel in a roadway at the periphery of the discharge side of a jet fan for discharging in a direction opposite to the ventilation wind in the tunnel. SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved by providing a widened section 4 at the lower portion of a sidewall in a specific section at the discharge side of a jet fan 3' from the installation position of the jet fan 3'. The average wind velocity in the section of ventilation wind and the maximum local wind velocity are reduced due to the increase in the traverse area of the tunnel accompanied with the installation of the widened section 4. Additionally, the ventilation wind easily flows in the widened section 4 that is less affected by a facing wind from the jet fan 3', and is distributed in the widened section 4 where a high wind velocity region (c) is outside the roadway.
