METHOD OF DETERMINING MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS OF POLYMER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYMER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately and effectively determining manufacturing conditions of a radical-polymerized polymer and to provide a manufacturing method of the polymer obtained by polymerization by use of the conditions determined by such method. SOLUTION: In manufacturing the polymer by radical-polymerization reaction, a frequency factor and activation energy in an element reaction process of the polymerization reaction and polymerization reaction controlling factors each obtained by a molecular orbital calculation are input to a computer to calculate a relation between the polymerization time and properties of the produced polymer for selection of a combination of the polymerization reaction controlling factors to give a calculated value in agreement with the desired properties of the polymer.
