PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can improve the productivity of decorative portions of cover windows and does not entail the disposal of cover window substrates in the process of forming the decorative portions. SOLUTION: Double coated adhesive sheets 2a and 2b which are provided with the decorative portions 24 heretofore disposed directly at the cover window substrates 3a and 3b and commonly have two functions of parts for providing the cover window substrates with the decorative portions 24 and parts provided with tacky adhesive layers 27 for attaching the cover windows 1a and 1b to a casing 210 of a portable apparatus 200 are provided.
