The present invention relates to an apparatus for enhancing buoyancy and preventing a ship from sinking. The apparatus generates buoyancy to delay or prevent sinking of a ship in danger of sinking. More specifically, the apparatus includes: an airbag which is stored on a side of a unit space in the ship under normal circumstances to prevent and delay the sinking of the ship, which sinks due to an accident which can occur during a ship operation, fills the unit space and is fixed in accordance with a driving signal of a user in an emergency, and forms one or more movement paths to enable people inside the ship to easily move; a gas injection unit which supplies gas to deploy the airbag; a switch operating unit receiving a signal sent from a user to drive the gas injection unit; and a control unit which receives the signal of the switch driving unit to drive the gas injection unit, thereby outputting the signal to inject the gas in the airbag. The airbag forms the movement paths to enable easy movement of people even after being deployed. The apparatus also can enable the people to move in all four directions even when the ship is tilted by adding a concave-convex unit and a support unit in the movement paths, delay the ship from sinking by quickly deploying and maintaining the airbag by injecting gas and outside air, and reliably fix the airbag without using a separate airbag fixing device. |
