<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded type air conditioner whose decorative panel with a louver provided at a blowoff port is thinned. <P>SOLUTION: This ceiling embedded type air conditioner is provided with a blower and a heat exchanger in an outer casing suspended from the ceiling. The lower face of the outer casing is provided with a decorative panel 9 of prescribed thickness having a suction port and the blowoff port, and the blowoff port of the decorative panel 9 is provided with the wind direction changing louver 15 extending on the longitudinal side. A motor 21 is provided for driving the louver 15, and a part of the motor 21 is embedded in the prescribed thickness H of the decorative panel 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
