PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide combustion equipment highly precisely controlling combustion irrelevant to a temperature increase in a feed rate regulating valve. SOLUTION: This combustion decide is provided with a function feeding hot water while heating it by a burner 11. Circulation hot water is stored in an expansion tank 44 before heated by the burner 11 and a heating return temperature of the circulation hot water is detected by a tank water temperature sensor 46A. A CPU finds a count value while adding/subtracting a prescribed amount for every prescribed timing based on the heating return temperature, etc. The CPU cuts a low combustion capacity part of the burner 11 based on the count value.
