PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form stripping tool capable of easily stripping a form with small force regardless of the height of the form by making a distance between a hook member and a fulcrum of a lever member changeable. SOLUTION: This form stripping tool has the hook member 4 lockable to the upper end part of the form 3, and the lever member 5 fitted with the hook member 4. The hook member 4 is fitted in a height position changeable manner along the lever member 5, and the lower end part of the lever member 5 is provided with an angle 5b used as a transmission force dispersing member for dispersing force applied to the lever member 5, as a fulcrum disposed around the lower end part of the form 3.
