CEILING EMBEDDED TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling embedded type air conditioner facilitating the disposal of drain from a humidifying element.

SOLUTION: This ceiling embedded type air conditioner is provided with an outer casing 11 made of sheet metal and suspended from the ceiling. A blower and a heat exchanger 5 are provided in the outer casing 11, and a drain pan 7 made of styrene foam to receive drain from the heat exchanger 5 is provided at the lower face of the outer casing 11. A vaporizing humidifier 55 passing through the outer casing 11 is mounted to the wall surface of the outer casing 11, and a trough part 55C is provided for discharging drain from the vaporizing humidifier 55. A storage recessed part 7C for receiving the trough part 55C is provided at the drain pan 7.
