PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge drain within a storing tank without being affected by force adjustment and machining tolerance, etc., when screwing a pipe coupling. SOLUTION: A tube 7 for outflow extended downward within the storing tank 2 from the pipe coupling 3 is formed by a flexible hose and is formed to have a length dimension larger than a distance L1 to get from the pipe coupling 3 to a bottom part 2A of the storing tank 2. Since the lower end side opening 7A of the tube 7 for outflow hits on the bottom part 2A of the storing tank 2 to be largely curved when screwing the pipe coupling 3 into a screw hole 2C of the storing tank 2, the lower end side opening 7A is obliquely opened at the position of the bottom part 2A. As a result, drain within the storing tank 2 is surely discharged via the tube 7 for outflow without being affected by force adjustment and the machining tolerance, etc., when screwing the pipe coupling 3.
