PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a removable double-sided adhesive tape in which an adhesive does not remain on a material to be bonded such as a metal or plastic in peeling the adhesive tape from the material to be bonded and a nonwoven fabric to cause neither cutting of the double-sided adhesive tape nor breaking of the nonwoven fabric between layers is used as a substrate. SOLUTION: The break strength of a nonwoven fabric in the thickness direction, conventionally having difficulty in evaluation is evaluated by an interlayer strength factorγof nonwoven fabric represented by the ratio (wet tensile strength)/(tensile strength) of wet tensile strength measured by swelling the nonwoven fabric by wetting with water, loosening the entanglement of the fibers and measuring tensile strength to a conventionally and normally measured tensile strength as a method for detecting interlayer fracture strength of the nonwoven fabric. A nonwoven fabric having 0.15-0.6 interlayer strength factor is combined with an adhesive having specific dynamic viscoelasticity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
