FIELD: prevention of hydraulic impact in hydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is provided with pumping unit, pneumoelectric valves and cutoff valves interconnected by means of pipe lines; connected to pipe line supplying working fluid to article before working fluid cutoff valve is cutoff valve excluding hydraulic impact and pneumoelectric valve is connected to these valves and to valve excluding hydraulic impact on closing side and on opening side it is connected to working fluid cutoff valve.
