PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a cell voltage measuring method and its device for efficiently correctly monitoring the voltage of each unit cell without complicating circuit constitution. SOLUTION: In the cell voltage measuring method and its device of a battery pack, voltage of each unit cell constituting the battery pack is measured at first, the measured voltage every unit cell is compared with specified grouping reference values, and the unit cells are grouped into an abnormal group and a normal group. Frequencies of voltage measurement of unit cells belonging to the abnormal group are made higher than that of the unit cells belonging to the normal group, and voltage of the unit cells is successively measured.
