PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape measurement method for structural body capable of highly precisely measuring an unfinished structural body. SOLUTION: A cement paste 1004 charged into the ground for manufacturing a cast-in-place pile 10 is provided with an outside face 1006 facing the ground 1, an inside part 1008 positioned inside the outside face 1006, and an upper part 1010 facing the surface of the ground. Positions for arranging respective oscillators 2002 are in the vicinities of the outside face 1006 subjected to cross sectional shape measurement. The oscillator 2002 generates ultrasonic vibration (first ultrasonic vibration) radially from the inside 1008 of the cast-in place pile 10 toward the outside face 1006 by input of a driving signal and detects ultrasonic vibration (second ultrasonic vibration) as reflection waves reflected on the outside face 1006 via the inside 1008 for outputting a detection signal.
