PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera in which the rewinding of a film or the like does not become a failure even when supplied electricity is a low voltage. SOLUTION: This camera is provided with a pedestal plate 30 as a rotation member driven by the connection gears (31-33 and 36, etc.), of a first gear ratio or a second gear ratio. Then, the camera is constituted and executed so as to be provided with the function of judging the voltage of a battery supplying electric energy to a motor 10 prior to the turning control of the rotation member and deciding the use of one of the first and second gear ratios according to the judged result.
