PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly print business cards having a predetermined correct format by a simple operation and to smoothly and efficiently distribute the business cards.

SOLUTION: A print request receiving means 11 displays a business card print request image 20 on a terminal device 4 of a requester to acquire necessary information. A print information acquisition means 12 collects necessary print information from a personnel database 7 or the like. A print image creation means 13 creates a print image for printing the business cards according to a print format 16. A print image transmission means 14 transmits the print image to a printer. A print expense processing means 15 creates accounting data for an accounting process on the basis of information such as an employee code acquired in print request and the number of printed sheets, and transfers them to a terminal device 3 of an administration department over a network 1.
