<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-preparable setup software for providing a user with a printer driver that displays dialog boxes for which captions of the language suitable for the user have been used. <P>SOLUTION: The setup software includes a printer driver module 13X that functions as a printer driver 18X when combined with a UI module 15X that displays the dialog boxes, a UI module source 14X that are the source data of the UI module 15X, a localization information table 12 in which a character string group or the like to be incorporated in the UI module source 14X is stored for every caption language, a setup program 11 that generates the UI module 15X by incorporating and compiling the character string group suited for the user in the UI module source 14X and sets up in a computer together with the printer driver module 13X. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
