PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mount supplying machine for packaging machine of which the whole packaging system can be compact and which can supply mounts speedily. SOLUTION: Mounts 1 stacked and stored in a temporary storage device 21 are sucked and taken out by a suction device 22 one by one. The device is rotated by a drive 23 using an epicyclic gear train 25, and when it is rotated 120°, it is positioned right above a transporting device 11 located lower. A guide frame 26 supporting the suction device moves reciprocally with its tip end moving toward and away from the rotary center accompanying the rotary drive of the epicyclic gear drain, and is positioned furthest at the mount supplying position of the transporting device. A folding guide member provided at this position controls the lowering movement of both sides of the mount being lowered and folds the side wall of the mount for standing it up with the suction device. This way, the supply of the mounts and the folding of the side wall are simultaneously performed eliminating the need for an independent folding device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
